Good Reads + Recipes: The Best of 2014
Another year is coming to a close, and my what a year it has been!
2014 was full of exciting achievements for me both personally and professionally.
I threw my first exclusive blog event, Vinyasa y Vino, which brought together 75 of LA’s top health influencers for a night of food, fun and fitness.
I spoke at the IDEA World Fitness BlogFest.
I became a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
And, of course, I got engaged!
This year also brought a significant increase in To Live & Diet in L.A.’s traffic and readership, and I’d like to think a humongous improvement in my food photography skills!
Today I’m rounding up some of the posts that made this year a success, in case you missed them.
These are a selection of favorites from friends, family, readers and myself.
I hope you’ll enjoy them!
