I’ve Got Swoll News!
No, I didn’t spell “swell” wrong.
I’m officially a Certified Personal Trainer!
Yesterday, I passed my CPT exam through The National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and can now formally begin providing exercise advice.
I’ve wanted to share my workout routines here in the past, but thought it best to wait till I was actually certified to do so — and now I am, yay!
While I’m still working out exactly how I plan to offer my training services, if you’re interested in working with me now or in the future, shoot me an email and we can discuss options: firstname.lastname@example.org.
In case you’re wondering, this does not mean I’ve strayed from my goal of becoming a Registered Dietitian. I’m still working toward that degree and will be applying soon to start a full Coordinated Dietetics program next fall. In fact, I begin my next round of pre-reqs — Physiology and Microbiology — on Tuesday.
Never a dull moment.
