How to Stock A Predominantly Plant-Based Fridge
Wonder what a pregnant, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist eats on a daily basis? I’m giving you a look inside my Predominantly Plant-Based fridge to show you what my daily diet looks like!
People are always asking what I eat on a daily basis. I figured the best way to really let you know what goes down in #WhitsKitch on the reg is by bringing you behind the scenes, with an up-close and personal look inside my Predominantly Plant-Based fridge!
In this video, I’m showing you guys the food and products that I typically have stocked in my kitchen, along with what I usually do with them.
Convenience is key in my PPB kitchen, so I’m also sharing a ton of tips on how I use these items for quick and easy meals during the week.
I’ll admit, the morning I shot this video, I had just received my weekly grocery delivery from Milk & Eggs, so the refrigerator was fully stocked. But this is the real deal — no staged produce here!
Fyi, Milk & Eggs is giving away $1000 worth of groceries this month in their Fridge Sweepstakes. You can sign up to enter here. Share a pic of your own refrigerator on Instagram for additional entries!

Better yet, start growing your own vegetables. You can find more useful information in this blog https://gardeniaorganic.com/how-to-maintain-your-vegetable-garden/ to help you prepare better. To make sure your space is ready for plants, there are a few basic steps you need to take: Clear the area by removing any existing plants that you don’t want; pull out the weeds; remove stones and other debris.
