50 Delicious Vegan + Vegetarian Super Bowl Recipes
Going plant-based this game day? These healthy and delicious vegan and vegetarian Super Bowl recipes are a sure win!
Watching football isn’t really my thing.
What is my thing? Any excuse to bring friends together around a plate of good food. If there has to be a game in the background, so be it!
This year we’re having a few friends over to watch the Super Bowl, or as I look at it, an opportunity to experiment in the kitchen with new nut cheese dips and creative vehicles for shoveling said dips.
Since my meals are “predominately plant-based” these days, my Super Bowl menu is far from the typical rundown.
Vegan sloppy joes and cauliflower buffalo wings have sidelined my usual turkey burgers and sweet potato fajita chicken nachos.
Pssst, if you’re doing a predominately plant-based game day too, these are still awesome sans chicken! >>
I’m perfectly fine with a meat-free Super Bowl — I’m a little worried about our guests though.
In an effort to blind them to the absence of meat at our gathering, I’m putting 110% into planning a plant-based Super Bowl menu that will win everyone over.
To ensure I’m including the MVP’s of vegan and vegetarian dishes, I enlisted the help of some of my favorite dietitian food bloggers.
Want to add some veg to your Super Bowl menu?
