#Fitspo Friday Roundup
Happy Friday everyone!
I hope you’ve all had a fabulous week. I’ve been busy entertaining my mama with the best of L.A.’s fitness and fun, so unfortunately I didn’t have time to prepare your usual reading material over here.
Instead, here’s a pretty roundup of #fitspo pics (fitness inspiration) from the week, to help spark and inspire your healthy lifestyle.
Hiking Temescal Canyon
This is the perfect 4.3 mile roundtrip hike. A convenient location off the PCH between Santa Monica and Malibu. Challenging enough to give you a good workout, but easy enough for all fitness levels.
Only drawback: no dogs allowed :(
Don’t feel bad for Mr. Chow though, he’s had plenty of fun this week.

Doughboys amazing Basil Chicken Salad (one of the best salads in town).
Made it to Sweat Garage three mornings this week. Very proud.
My new Athleta jacket was a big help getting me out the door.
Breakfast:
For Him: 1/2 C. Hashbrowns, 1/4 C. Kale, 1 Applegate Farms Chicken Apple Sausage, 4 Egg Whites, 1 Fried Egg, 1 Tomato.
For Her: 6 Egg Whites, 1/4 C. Kale, Ezekiel Sprouted Whole Grain English Muffin, 1 T. Almond Butter.
