Staying active during the holiday season can be challenging!
With all the traveling, parties, and delicious indulgences — it’s easy to let exercise fall by the wayside. Well, you can have your holiday fun and keep your fitness routine too by fitting in quick bursts of exercises like this 6-minute HIIT created by my pal, celebrity trainer Sierra Nielsen.
This fun circuit can be done with light weights or just your bodyweight for a super-charged burn session that works the entire bod.
Grab your fit friends and give it a try!
Do each exercise, back to back for one minute each for a total of 6 minutes. If you’re feeling up to it, repeat 2-3 times!
Exercise #1: Squat Press to Curtsy Lunge
Exercise #2: Jack Press
Exercise #3: Inchworm Push-ups
Exercise #4: Lunge with Lateral Raise to Step-Up Curl
Exercise #5: Skaters
Exercise #6: Partner Plank-Taps
