The Predominantly Plant-Based 7-Day Meal Plan + A Major Giveaway!
Guys, tomorrow is the day!
My new 7-Day Predominantly Plant-Based Meal Plan is ready and scheduled to be delivered straight to your inbox at 7 am (for those who are subscribed).
Now here’s the really exciting part!
Next week, you are all invited to join the PPB Meal Plan Challenge + Giveaway and try the plan along with me for the opportunity to win an awesome prize pack to assist in your journey toward a healthier, more plant-based eating pattern.
Here’s what is up for grabs! One lucky winner will get:
- a 1-hour Nutrition Consultation with me!
- a $500 gift card to Whole Foods
- $50 of coupons to get Daiya Cutting Board Collection Shreds
If you haven’t tried the new Cutting Board Collection Shreds from Daiya yet, you need to get your hands on these. They taste just like dairy-based cheese but are made with 100% plant-based, non-GMO ingredients. They make a delicious plant-based addition to your favorite cheezy recipes, like nachos, queso dip, and two of the tasty recipes in the 7-day Meal Plan!
To participate in the challenge, here’s what you do:
- Make sure you are SUBSCRIBED to the Whitney E. RD newsletter.
- Download the meal plan when you receive it in your inbox tomorrow morning.
- Take a look at the plan before Sunday so you can prep for the week ahead.
- Snap photos of your PPB meals and share them on Instagram or Facebook.
- Tag me @whitneyerd and use the hashtag #PPBmealplan.
- Each photo is another entry to win!
The winner will be selected on Monday, November 13th!
Now just to clarify…
This is not a diet or a detox or weight loss plan.
This plan is simply intended to give you a taste of the Predominantly Plant-Based lifestyle and show you how easy and delicious it is to eat this way.
If you want to participate in the whole challenge, that’s awesome! If you want to jump in on a couple of recipes, that’s cool too. Every recipe/photo is a chance to win.
Now you might think I’m little crazy for suggesting that you start eating more plant-based a couple of weeks before Thanksgiving. But here’s the deal — there’s always going to be something. Whether it’s a day centered around turkey, or a baseball game, or your birthday, there’s always a reason to put off changing your dietary habits. The reality is:
Now is as good a time as any.
And as I always say, it’s not all or nothing. This plan is intended to show you the simplicity of a PPB lifestyle. From there, it’s up to you to take the reins and decide how much of it you want to incorporate into your everyday life. It’s not a diet, it’s a way of living. It’s a mindset shift.
It doesn’t mean every meal. It doesn’t mean always. It’s just a chance to give plant-based eating a try and see what you think. Maybe you’ll be surprised. Maybe eating mostly plant-based is easier than you thought…tastier than you thought!
ps – I’ll be hosting an Instagram live demo of one of the recipes on Tuesday, November 7th at 6:30 PM. Tune in to cook along with me and ask any questions you may have about nutrition, wellness, and plant-based eating.
