VIDEO: A 5-Minute Couple’s Core Workout
Happy Valentine’s Day everyone! Single or attached, I’ve got an awesome Couple’s Core Workout to help you and your friend or sweetheart fall in love — with fitness.
This Valentine’s Day, the hubs and I have planned a fun, fitness-oriented outing to incorporate our two favorite activities — exploring the great outdoors and eating.
As I mentioned earlier this week, today we’re hitting the boardwalk to cruise from Santa Monica to Manhattan on our new Solé bikes and rewarding the mission with an epic meal at one of SaMo’s popular brunching spots.
The last time we took the bikes out for a ride, we stopped on the beach for a 5-Minute Couple’s Core Workout, and today I’m sharing that workout video with you guys. If you’re also looking to get in a great sweat sesh this holiday, this is a must-try.
This 5-minute workout video features five exercises to target the entire core — rectus abdominis, internal and external obliques, the transversus abdominis, and your lower back muscles — from all angles. You’ll also get a little leg and shoulder action in there as well.
I know it’s called a “couple’s workout” but this routine is just as awesome with a platonic partner. Grab your friend, lover, or one that could become the other ;) and try it out now for a quick, intense core crusher!
If you liked the video, please subscribe to my YouTube channel. You can expect a new workout and a must-watch nutritional facts video from my series, “The Sitch,” each month!
Have a great Valentine’s Day and a lovely three-day weekend!
