Recent studies show that high-intensity internal training, aka HIIT, provides many of the same benefits of longer, slower endurance exercises, but in a much shorter period of time.
I came up with this 7-minute cardio and bodyweight circuit to get your heart-racing and cals burning quickly, for all my busy working babes.
