The perfect post-workout protein smoothie. The vegan hemp protein will help you repair your muscles while the cherries will ease muscle soreness. It also makes an amazing after dinner treat!
Ingredients
1 C. Frozen Cherries
1 C. Unsweetened Vanilla Almond or Coconut Milk
2 T. HempPro70 Chocolate Protein Powder
1 tsp. Cocoa Powder (optional)
1 tsp. Stevia (optional)
Cacao Nibs (optional)
Instructions
Blend the first three ingredients together in a high speed blender. If you like your smoothies extra chocolately, add the cocoa powder. Extra sweet? Add the stevia.
Garnish with cacao nibs (optional).
