No Bake Pumpkin Raisin Bites

These tasty little morsels pack the perfect combo of carbs, protein and healthy fat for refueling your body post workout. Toss them in your gym bag or bring them in your backpack on long hikes.
Ingredients
  • ½ C. Oats
  • ¼ C. Pumpkin Puree
  • 2 T. Almond Butter
  • 2 T. Sliced Almonds
  • 2 T. Raisins
  • 1 T. Honey or Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp. Pumpkin Spice (Cinnamon + Nutmeg + Ginger)
  • Stevia to taste (optional)
Instructions
  1. Combine everything in a bowl.
  2. Cover a plate or baking sheet in wax paper. Roll into about 16 balls and place on paper.
  3. Put them in the freezer for about 20 minutes to firm up, and remove when you need a refuel!
