Peanut Butter & Berry Protein Smoothie
- 1 banana, frozen
- ½ cup blueberries, frozen
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 handful greens (I like kale or spinach)
- 1 scoop peanut butter protein powder (I used Orgain Simple Peanut Butter Protein Powder)
- 1-1.5 cups milk of choice (I like soy milk)*
- Combine all ingredients in a high-powered blender.
*Adjust milk depending on how thick you like your smoothie
