Peanut Butter & Berry Protein Smoothie
 
A simple protein-rich peanut butter and berry smoothie.
Ingredients
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • ½ cup blueberries, frozen
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 handful greens (I like kale or spinach)
  • 1 scoop peanut butter protein powder (I used Orgain Simple Peanut Butter Protein Powder)
  • 1-1.5 cups milk of choice (I like soy milk)*
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a high-powered blender.
Notes
*Adjust milk depending on how thick you like your smoothie
