This maple tahini date shake is packed with protein and fiber to provide delicious, long-lasting energy.
Ingredients
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 tablespoon tahini
  • ½ teaspoon maple extract
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup unsweetened soy or oat milk
  • Pinch sea salt
  • 1 scoop protein powder (optional)
  • Ice (optional)
