Vegan Chocolate Mousse

This Vegan Chocolate Mousse uses tofu and avocado to make a healthy, yet delicious dessert!
  • 1 12 oz package extra-firm silken tofu
  • ½ of an avocado
  • ⅓ cup cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  1. Rinse tofu and add to a blender or food processor with everything except the cocoa powder.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Add the cocoa powder and blend again until smooth.
  4. Top with fruit, nuts, chocolate chips, or whatever you'd like, and enjoy!
