This vegan parmesan cheese is so tasty and takes just a few minutes to make!
  • ½ cup cashews
  • ½ cup nutritional yeast
  • ~ ½ tsp salt
  1. Toss all the ingredients in a blender or food processor, and blend.
  2. Store in the fridge.
