Tahini Date Shake

This tahini date shake is creamy, sweet, and so easy to make! It puts a unique twist on a common savory ingredient.
  • ¾ cup rolled or quick oats
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 3-4 Medjool dates
  • ½ cup ice (optional)
  1. Remove pits from dates and let dates soak in water for at least 5 minutes.
  2. Add dates and soaking water to a blender, along with the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Blend on high until smooth.
