Tahini Date Shake

- ¾ cup rolled or quick oats
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 3-4 Medjool dates
- ½ cup ice (optional)
- Remove pits from dates and let dates soak in water for at least 5 minutes.
- Add dates and soaking water to a blender, along with the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend on high until smooth.
