Dairy-Free Mocha Cappuccino

Creamy Mocha Cappuccino made with protein-rich soymilk!
Ingredients
  • 2 shots hot espresso
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ cup Silk Organic Unsweet Soymilk
  • 1 teaspoon chocolate or vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon sweetener of choice (I used coconut sugar)
  • ½ cup ice
Instructions
  1. In a cup, combine 2 shots of hot espresso with 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder. Let cool.
  2. Add the espresso to a blender with the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Blend until smooth and frosty.
