Easy Vegan Apple Crisp

- 4-5 apples, peeled, cored and sliced
- ⅓ cup maple syrup
- ½ lemon, juiced
- 1¼ cup whole wheat flour
- 1½ cups rolled oats
- ⅓ cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup coconut oil, solid
- Preheat oven to 425.
- In the bottom of a greased baking dish, combine apples, syrup and lemon juice.
- In a medium bowl, combine all remaining ingredients, then cut in the coconut oil forming a crumbly mixture.
- Top apples with crumble.
- Bake uncovered for 50 minutes.
- Serve warm.
