These three-ingredient cookies are so easy to make and absolutely delicious. They're gluten-free, dairy-free, and nut-free, and can be enjoyed by practically anyone!
Ingredients
2 very ripe bananas
1 cup gluten-free rolled oats
2 tablespoons SunButter sunflower seed butter
Optional Mix-Ins
dairy-free chocolate chips
dried fruit
seeds
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350.
Mash banana in a medium bowl.
Stir in oats and sunflower butter and any optional mix-ins.
Bake on a parchment paper lined or oiled baking sheet for 10-12 minutes.
Let cookies cool, and enjoy!
