3-Ingredient Allergy-Free Cookies

These three-ingredient cookies are so easy to make and absolutely delicious. They're gluten-free, dairy-free, and nut-free, and can be enjoyed by practically anyone!
  • 2 very ripe bananas
  • 1 cup gluten-free rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons SunButter sunflower seed butter
Optional Mix-Ins
  • dairy-free chocolate chips
  • dried fruit
  • seeds
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Mash banana in a medium bowl.
  3. Stir in oats and sunflower butter and any optional mix-ins.
  4. Bake on a parchment paper lined or oiled baking sheet for 10-12 minutes.
  5. Let cookies cool, and enjoy!
