This vegan strawberry chia pudding is so easy to make and only requires three ingredients!
Ingredients
¾ cup unsweetened vanilla non-dairy milk*
½ cup strawberries
2 tablespoons chia seeds
Instructions
Puree strawberries and milk together using a blender or hand mixer.
Pour into a small bowl and stir in chia seeds.
Refrigerate, covered, for at least 2 hours.
Enjoy!
Notes
*I prefer coconut milk or soy milk. You can use sweetened milk too if you like the extra flavor. If you decide to meal prep a large batch of this, it should last about 5 days.
