Strawberry Chia Pudding

This vegan strawberry chia pudding is so easy to make and only requires three ingredients!
  • ¾ cup unsweetened vanilla non-dairy milk*
  • ½ cup strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  1. Puree strawberries and milk together using a blender or hand mixer.
  2. Pour into a small bowl and stir in chia seeds.
  3. Refrigerate, covered, for at least 2 hours.
  4. Enjoy!
*I prefer coconut milk or soy milk. You can use sweetened milk too if you like the extra flavor.
If you decide to meal prep a large batch of this, it should last about 5 days.
