A healthy green smoothie full of anti-inflammatory ingredients like pineapple, ginger and chia seeds.
Ingredients
  • 2 cups spinach
  • ½ frozen banana
  • ½ cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla soy milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • ¼ teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
