2-Step Chia Seed Jam

Easy chia jam - using just two ingredients!
Ingredients
  • ½ cup fruit, pureed
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
Instructions
  1. Puree fruit in a blender or using a hand mixer.
  2. Mix ingredients together and let sit for at least two minutes.
  3. Store in an airtight jar in the refrigerator.
Notes
For extra sweetness, add 1 tablespoon of maple syrup or honey.
Chia jam should last in the refrigerator for about 2 weeks.
