Southwest Roasted Chickpeas

A quick and easy chickpea snack full of protein and fiber. Makes great fuel for post-workout!
Ingredients
  • 1 can Garbanzo Beans
  • 1½ T. Extra Virgin Olive Oil (or oil of choice)
  • 1 T. Cumin
  • 1 T. Oregano
  • 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp. Smoked Paprika
  • 1 tsp. Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp. Sea Salt
  • 1 tsp. Pepper
  • 1 tsp. Cayenne (optional)
Instructions
  1. Set oven to 350.
  2. Drain, rinse, and pat dry garbanzo beans.
  3. In a bowl, mix garbanzo beans with oil and spices.
  4. Scatter beans in one layer on a baking sheet
  5. Toss in the oven for 30-35 minutes.
  6. Enjoy!
