Cheesy Vegan Kale Chips

Easy, cheesy vegan kale chips made with a few simple ingredients.
Ingredients
  • 1 Kale Bundle (about 4 C. chopped)
  • 1 T. Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)
  • 2 T. Nutritional Yeast
  • 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • ½ tsp. Sea Salt
  • Pepper to taste (optional)
Instructions
  1. Wash and dry kale leaves. Tear or slice kale into pieces, discarding the stems.
  2. Place kale in a bowl and drizzle with EVOO, use hands to massage oil into the leaves.
  3. Scatter leaves in one thin layer on a baking sheet topped with parchment paper.
  4. Sprinkle with remaining seasoning.
  5. Bake at 350 for about 15 minutes, until lightly browned. Keep an eye on them as they can burn quickly.
  6. Enjoy!
