Sweet N' Salty Roasted Almonds

Quick, easy and healthy roasted almonds sprinkled with cinnamon, sugar and salt.
Ingredients
  • 16 oz Almonds
  • 1 Egg White
  • 1 T. Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. Sea Salt
  • 3 Packets of Stevia (or sweetener of choice)
Instructions
  1. Set oven to 350.
  2. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
  3. Place a sheet of parchment paper on a baking sheet and spread nuts over evenly.
  4. Bake for about 15 minutes, keeping an eye on them so they don't burn.
  5. Let nuts cool for about 10 minutes.
  6. Enjoy!
