Sweet N' Salty Roasted Almonds

- 16 oz Almonds
- 1 Egg White
- 1 T. Cinnamon
- 1 tsp. Sea Salt
- 3 Packets of Stevia (or sweetener of choice)
- Set oven to 350.
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
- Place a sheet of parchment paper on a baking sheet and spread nuts over evenly.
- Bake for about 15 minutes, keeping an eye on them so they don't burn.
- Let nuts cool for about 10 minutes.
- Enjoy!
