Whole Grain Peach N' Chia Muffins

Healthy, whole-grain muffins made with pureed peaches and chia seeds.
Ingredients
muffin ingredients
  • 1 ½ cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 ½ cup oats
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 bottle Naked Chia Sweet Peach
optional topping
  • 1 peach
  • 2 tablespoons oats
  • 2 tablespoons crushed pecans
  • chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Combine all dry ingredients in one bowl. Add Naked juice. Stir until just incorporated.
  3. Mist muffin pan with cooking spray. Pour in muffins.
  4. Slice peach and press one slice into each muffin.
  5. Combine all topping ingredients in a small bowl and distribute over muffins.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
