Cashew Key Lime Pie Smoothie

- 1 Banana, frozen
- 2 oz. Coconut Meat, frozen
- ½ C. Silk Unsweetened Cashew Milk
- 1 Lime
- 1 tsp. Honey or Stevia
- ¼ C. Spinach
- Crumbled Graham Crackers
- Shredded Coconut
- Combine all smoothie ingredients in a blender and puree. *The coconut may need to defrost for a few minutes before removing from its packet.
- Wet the rim of a glass and roll through graham cracker crumbles.
- Pour smoothie in glass, sprinkle with coconut flakes.
- Enjoy!
