A delicious, dessert-worthy Key Lime Pie Smoothie made with frozen coconut and cashew milk.
Ingredients
Smoothie
  • 1 Banana, frozen
  • 2 oz. Coconut Meat, frozen
  • ½ C. Silk Unsweetened Cashew Milk
  • 1 Lime
  • 1 tsp. Honey or Stevia
  • ¼ C. Spinach
Optional Garnish
  • Crumbled Graham Crackers
  • Shredded Coconut
Instructions
  1. Combine all smoothie ingredients in a blender and puree. *The coconut may need to defrost for a few minutes before removing from its packet.
  2. Wet the rim of a glass and roll through graham cracker crumbles.
  3. Pour smoothie in glass, sprinkle with coconut flakes.
  4. Enjoy!
