The Best Healthy Whole Wheat Pancakes

The best whole wheat pancakes in the world! Healthy, light and fluffy. Absolutely delicious!
Dry Ingredients:
  • 1 C. Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
  • 1 T. Baking Powder
  • ½ tsp. Cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp. Salt
  • Stevia (optional)
Wet Ingredients
  • 1 C. Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 Egg
  • ¼ C. Unsweetened Apple Sauce
  • 1 T. Coconut Oil, melted (little extra for cooking)
  • ½ T. Vanilla or Maple Extract
  1. Mix dry ingredients in one bowl, wet in the other.
  2. Mix the two bowls together.
  3. Coat a skillet in cooking spray or coconut oil and cook pancakes for about 2-3 per side over a medium-high flame.
  4. Enjoy!
