Vietnamese Turkey Banh Mi

- 1 Whole Wheat Roll
- 3 oz. Turkey
- ⅛ Avocado
- 2 T. Carrots, julienned
- 2 T. Cilantro
- 1 T. Soy Sauce
- ½ T. Honey
- 1 tsp. Lemon Juice
- ½ tsp. Chili Powder
- Toast Rolls in a microwave oven or under the broiler for about 3 minutes.
- Cut a slit down the middle of the roll.
- Stuff with turkey, avocado and veggies.
- Mix all sauce ingredients together in a small bowl. Pour over sandwich.
- Enjoy!
