After the overwhelmingly positive feedback about last week’s 7-minute high-intensity interval training workout video, I figured you guys deserved a sequel.
This one is just as quick to complete (my favorite part), but a little more challenging. If you mastered the last workout, this one is the perfect increase in intensity.
This 7-Minute HIIT Workout Video is more cardio-focused than the last and will have your heart beating out of your chest when you’re done.
It still incorporates body-toning moves though, specifically several booty-burners.
