DIY: Strawberry Jello Shots
Looking for a fun, adult beverage infused treat to bring to your 4th of July parties?
These Sugar-Free Strawberry Jello Shots are extremely tasty and easy to throw together. All you need is sugar-free jello, vodka, and strawberries.
Check out the recipe:
Directions:
1. Rinse and hollow out the biggest strawberries you can find. I used a butter knife because a serrated knife cut through them too easily (and then the jello would slip out). If you have a huller or melon baller, even better.
2. Boil two cups of vodka in the microwave or on the stove. Stir in the jello mix.
3. Carefully pour jello into the strawberries.
4. Let the shots harden in the fridge or freezer. I froze mine which made them even more refreshing for the hot day. Just make sure to let them thaw a bit before serving.
5. That’s it! Seriously.
*Note: You’ll probably have jello leftover and you can pour the remainder into ice cube trays for normal jello shots. Spray the tray with cooking spray so the shots don’t get stuck.
For those watching their waists, you don’t have to worry about these shots being a calorie bomb. The amount of liquid inside is so tiny, it’s sugar-free, and of course, a strawberry is only like 5 calories. They also have very little alcohol in them (although I still wouldn’t eat a whole tub).
Enjoy!

HOLY MOLY! So many people went to that wedding, crazy! I love the layout though, so sleek and elegant.
And oh my, jello shots… I had a bad case of the jello shots a few too many times. Oh my… Oh my… The memories, or wait no, no memories to be had because I blacked out every time. I just have the memories of feeling like elephant dung the next day! Yup, I said dung. LOL!
