I’m a journalist and former entertainment news reporter in Los Angeles turned science junkie, nutrition investigator, and wellness advocate. Tired of the quick fix promises I encountered in Hollywood, I became a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Personal Trainer and made it my mission to tirelessly research health trends to determine the best ways to eat, move, and live for optimal, long-lasting health.
