2-Step Chia Seed Jam

- ½ cup fruit, pureed
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- Puree fruit in a blender or using a hand mixer.
- Mix ingredients together and let sit for at least two minutes.
- Store in an airtight jar in the refrigerator.
For extra sweetness, add 1 tablespoon of maple syrup or honey.
Chia jam should last in the refrigerator for about 2 weeks.
