Perfectly Baked Salmon

- 2 - 6 oz Salmon Fillets
- 1 tsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- ½ Lemon
- 1 tsp. Paprika
- Salt + Pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 275.
- Brush each salmon fillet with olive oil.
- Squeeze lemon juice over the fillets.
- Sprinkle fillets with paprika, salt and pepper.
- Bake salmon, uncovered for 30 minutes.
- Switch oven to broil and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes, until top is browned.
