Dark Chocolate Cranberry + Pistachio Granola

This sweet, crunchy granola is made with wholesome whole ingredients and minimal natural sugar form honey. Healthy and delicious!
Ingredients
  • 3 C. Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1 T. White Chia Seeds
  • 1 T. Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. Ginger
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 1 Banana
  • 2 T. Maple Syrup (or Honey)
  • 2 T. Coconut Oil (or oil of choice)
  • ¼ C. Dried Cranberries
  • ¼ C. Chocolate Chips (Lily's Dark Chocolate)
  • ¼ Pistachios
Instructions
  1. Heat oven to 300 F.
  2. Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Combine wet ingredients in a food processor or blender.
  4. Mix wet with dry.
  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread oat mixture evening on top.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping half way through.
  7. Let granola cool.
  8. Mix in cranberries and chocolate.
  9. Enjoy!
