Cinnamon Blueberry Granola

- 3 C. Old Fashioned Oats
- 1 T. Cinnamon
- ½ tsp. Salt
- ½ C. Almonds
- ½ C. Almonds, crushed
- 3. T. Coconut Oil
- 2 T. Unsweetened Apple Sauce
- 2 T. Maple Syrup (or Honey)
- 2 T. Dried Blueberries (or dried fruit of choice)
- Heat oven to 300.
- Combine all the dry ingredients in one bowl and all the wet in another, except for blueberries.
- Pour the wet ingredients over the dry and mix thoroughly.
- Spread evenly on a baking sheet and cook for 20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, stir, and cook for about 10 more minutes.
- Let granola cool, then stir in blueberries.
- Enjoy!
