Cinnamon Blueberry Granola

Crunchy, sweet and completely wholesome granola made with almonds, dried blueberries, whole oats and cinnamon.
Ingredients
  • 3 C. Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1 T. Cinnamon
  • ½ tsp. Salt
  • ½ C. Almonds
  • ½ C. Almonds, crushed
  • 3. T. Coconut Oil
  • 2 T. Unsweetened Apple Sauce
  • 2 T. Maple Syrup (or Honey)
  • 2 T. Dried Blueberries (or dried fruit of choice)
Instructions
  1. Heat oven to 300.
  2. Combine all the dry ingredients in one bowl and all the wet in another, except for blueberries.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients over the dry and mix thoroughly.
  4. Spread evenly on a baking sheet and cook for 20 minutes.
  5. Remove from the oven, stir, and cook for about 10 more minutes.
  6. Let granola cool, then stir in blueberries.
  7. Enjoy!
