7-Minute HIIT Cardio Circuit + 30 Days of Pilates Body Videos
Up for a quick, fun workout this weekend that is equipment-free?
Try this 7-Minute HIIT Cardio Circuit that I created for my friend Robin Long’s 30-Day Pilates Body Challenge.
The free challenge started on March 1st and each day, Robin posts a new Pilates workout video for participants, including a guest instructor workout each Friday.
I kicked off the first guest instructor workout yesterday with this 7-minute HIIT beach burner. The workout starts off with two minutes of straight cardio, followed by three minutes of toning exercises, and finishes with another two-minute blast.

LOVE! I am obsessed with HIIT right now (but low impact, no abs – haha avoiding the baby area) because I never have an excuse to not fit it into the day. 7 minutes is totally doable no matter how time poor you are! xx
