VIDEO: A 7-Minute Total Body HIIT Workout

The New Year is always a great time to reassess and reset our expectations, and make changes to help achieve our goals.
This refresh is usually very successful, at least at first. After a bit, though (sometimes even a week), your best intentions can be tested as the enthusiasm for your resolutions wears off.
Instead of slacking, though, this is the time when you have to put in even more effort—forming new habits happens when you persevere and stay consistent in your behavior.
So today, I’ve got a super quick, fun HIIT workout for you for those days when you are feeling less than pumped about your fitness plan.
This seven-minute workout is easy to follow and requires no equipment, so you can’t make any excuses like: “I don’t have time to go to the gym,” or, “I’m too tired.” Everyone has seven minutes to spare in the name of health!
This high-intensity routine consists of five exercises that you’ll do for one minute each, with a 30-second break in between.
Each move is a compound exercise, so it targets multiple muscle groups at once to get you the most toning and calorie torching for your time.
Today’s workout also features cute and incredibly affordable active wear from Sears, which eliminates another common excuse to skip hitting the gym—that you don’t have anything to wear.
Everlast Black Leggings // Everlast Women’s Open-Back Tank Top
This flowy top will keep you cool while you’re working up a sweat and the comfy leggings make doing “Jack Attacks” (you’ll see what those are shortly) a breeze!

I absolutely LOVE this 7 minute exercise workout! It is incredible how quickly it gets your sweat on! After just doing it 1 time I can feel the effects, my aim is to get to the point of doing it 3 times in a row! Loved all the moves but my 2 fav’s were the curtsy lift and Tri torture. I would love to see more videos and one on legs! Thanks so much again Whitney!

Ana Clara Retic says:
The HIIT modality was the only one that really brought visible results to my body.
I spent about 7 years overweight and even attending gyms 2 to 3 days a week my body remained the same.
I started to do HIIT and the first results were already noticed with 15 days of exercises, my measurements were already reducing and a lot, especially in the abdomen that was where I had a greater concentration of fats.
Super Highly recommend. HIIT is for anyone who really wants to toast it all!
Adam says:
Even the process of fat burning and tissue regeneration does not occur when you run, but in the phase of deep sleep. If a person exercises regularly, the muscles will require a constant load. These workouts require you to have a lot of stamina, which can be increased with testosterone booster
